Terms and conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.
Cluniemore is available to let throughout the year with entry at 3pm on the day of arrival and departure by 10am on day of leaving.
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is payable on reservation to secure the booking and in the event of cancellation will only be returned if the property can be re-let for the entire duration of the cancelled booking.
The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. At peak times the owner reserves the right to request the whole rental upon booking. We may change the price list at short notice. A completely separate bond of £100 is requested and will be returned upon satisfactory hand over of the cabin and return of the key. The client should agree to leave the property and all equipment, utensils and fittings in the same state of repair as at the commencement of their holiday and make good any damage, breakage or loss that may occur during this period. The cost of replacement keys and damage to the property will be notified to the client and may be debited from the £100 deposit.
If a booking is accepted, the client becomes liable for the balance of the rent, eight weeks before the start of the holiday. Non-payment of the balance on the due date will be treated as a cancellation and the owner will re-let the property.
We strongly recommend that you should take out your own holiday insurance.
Cluniemore is insured for and accommodates 6 people and one well-behaved dog. The property will be thoroughly cleaned and is in a good state of repair and should be left in the same condition when the cabin is vacated. The owners reserves the right to ask occupants to leave immediately if the maximum number of six people is exceeded and if they feel the hirers are unsuitable to occupy the property or are breaching the Terms and Conditions.
Bed linen will be supplied and a starter pack of logs will be provided. Please note: For your comfort and safety, we would request no smoking in the cabin.
